Genaro has demonstrated his acumen in the development of Works for Taxes (OxI) projects, private initiatives, concessions, and forging robust public-private associations (PPAs).
With an analytical mindset, he excels in formulating strategic expansion plans, confidently making high-stakes decisions to secure favorable outcomes, all while thriving under pressure.

His role as the Director of the Gold Mining Department at the State Geological and Mining Company marked a notable chapter in his career, where he successfully oversaw six gold mines and three gold recovery plants, achieving an impressive annual production exceeding six tons of gold.
Mr. Akhadov’s geological prowess extends beyond borders, with significant contributions to gold exploration in diverse regions, from the Ural Region and Republic of Tuva in Russia to Uzbekistan, and from Guyana and Argentina to Colombia and African nations such as Mali and Guinea.

Idris Akhadov's wealth of knowledge and strategic insights have been fundamental to our company's success and our reputation as industry leaders. His extensive field experience and leadership ensure we remain at the forefront of geological exploration and resource management. With Mr. Akhadov at the geological helm, we are set to continue our legacy of discovery, efficiency, and sustainable development in the mining sector. Nikolay is an alumnus of the esteemed Lomonosov Moscow State University, where he obtained his degree in Geochemistry in 1986. His education equipped him with the title of geologist-geochemist, specializing in the geochemical methods of exploration and prospecting of mineral deposits.
He earned his Ph.D. in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences in 2009, delving into the "Geological and Structural Position of Charoitites of the Lilac Stone Deposit," which reflects his deep-seated expertise in the field.

With over 50 publications to his name, Nikolay has extensively contributed to the understanding of the geological structure, distribution, and the conditions of localization of precious metals. His work also covers the material composition of ores and adjacent metasomatites.
Currently, he leads the Department of Precious Metals at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsNIGRI" while simultaneously imparting knowledge as an associate professor at the Department of Prospecting, Evaluation, and Exploration of Solid Minerals at RSGRU-MGRI.
